Exchange rate
instability is causing logistical problems. While we wait
for the rates to improve (to minimise price increases), we
have run out of several items such as TenTec transceivers,
LA390 loop etc. It is hoped that by mid-Nov'08 things will
settle down and prices and availability will stabilise.
The prices charged will be those on the day of despatch and
subject to exchange rate variation E&OE.
A new pocket-sized wide
band receiver has just been released, it
is called the AR-MINI.
The AR7030 and
AR7030-PLUS short wave receiver are no-longer in production
but a few dealers still have stock. A replacement (more
expensive) model is under development, release is expected
mid-2009... it is called the AR7070.
