parcel tracking...

Methods of despatch:
Orders and repaired equipment will be shipped by the most
appropriate method depending on he value and
destination. The carriage cost is done on an averaging
basis and covers handling / packaging as well as shipping.
Where applicable (in the EU) VAT is included in the price...
even for parcels shipped via the post office (as a business we
must charge VAT).
Typically in the UK & Ireland small items are shipped
by standard post with a certificate of origin obtained.
The compensation for loss is limited to £36 (correct at
May'08), if you would be more comfortable with recorded or
special delivery, we can usually accommodate at a higher
charge.
More valuable items will be despatched by recorded delivery
or special delivery, so that there is a signature on delivery
and enhanced compensation. Compensation is currently £36 for
recoded delivery and £500 for special delivery but can be
increased for an additional charge (correct at May'08).
Small items elsewhere are usually despatched as a
small-packet by air, often with recorded delivery.
Larger and more valuable items are shipped using a courier,
a signature is required on delivery. We currently use
DHL, TNT, UPS and Parcel Force but have contacts with FexdEx
and others too.
Parcel tracking:
Where special delivery and couriers are involved, we can
usually provide a parcel tracking number along with
confirmation of despatch. When order have been placed
via the internet, it is usual practice to automatically supply
this information via e-mail.
