Occasionally we have 'used' equipment available for sale, not traded in items, but ex-review / returned from evaluation / ex-demo /  shop-soiled).  Details of the equipment is given below (as specifically as possible).  Most equipment carries a 3 month warranty, depending upon 'newness', a 12 month warranty may be provided... this will be individually specified below.  The equipment is available on a first-come basis and subject to availability.

The TenTec DIRECT UK sales office & support is provided via AOR UK LTD, a high level of technical support is provided through this arrangement.  We do not ship products to the USA, please contact TenTec USA.  TenTec equipment sold in the UK is 'CE' approved and carries a 12 month warranty.

Trade-in equipment

Although we have a 'used equipment' page, we do not trade-in items. Items appearing on the 'used list' appear following review, demonstration, commercial evaluation etc.  We cannot quote for trade-in or exchanges, sorry.
